Have you thought about renting a motorhome but you are not sure what you need to prepare before the trip?
Avoid arguments with the drivers and occupants of the other vehicles involved.
Complete the "Accident Report" that you will find in the vehicle's documentation, and make a detailed sketch showing how the events occurred. We remind you that the "General Rental Conditions" oblige you to hand it in duly completed.
In case another vehicle is involved, the "Accident Report" must be signed by both drivers. This does not imply assumption of liability for either of them, but facilitates the friendly settlement of any claim.
Take note of all the details and circumstances of the accident, even if they may seem irrelevant.
Take special care to note the place and time of the accident, as well as the names, addresses, license plates, photographs and insurance company details of all parties involved, as well as any appreciable damage caused.
If necessary, request the presence of the authorities or ask for the information of a witness.
